Scratch Card Simulator

It's a fairly simple addictive game loop. Buy scratch cards, hopefully win, upgrade your jackpot chance and increase the ticket cost for bigger pay-outs. I'm still learning so code may not be fully optimised but lets be honest its a game made with 72 lines of code so you could run it on a toaster 😂
